The Orchid Suite

Deanna’s guest cottage was the perfect home away from home while we were in Larchmont for a family event. The extra touches including a great morning coffee setup, some great breakfast items and half and half in the fridge made this stay so wonderful. A very comfortable bed and good AC was appreciated during the heat wave - we were very comfortable.

Stayed a full week here and it was lovely. So comfortable and cozy. Great location and gorgeous surroundings. Hosts are incredible, responsive and so helpful. I’ll book here anytime I’m back in LA!

We had a great week at this studio. It's incredibly clean and the backyard setting is really beautiful with an outdoor dining table & fountain (which we used several times). We appreciated the little details, like stocking the bathroom with nice soaps & stocking the kitchen with fresh fruit, yogurt & coffee pods. It was a very easy place to call "home" for the week. Deanna was also very helpful with parking and offered to coordinate moving the multiple cars in the driveway so we could park there, or printing parking permits so we could easily park on the quieter neighborhood streets (which we did). This was very helpful and made our stay stress free. Best of all, it's a beautiful 15min walk to Larchmont Village for a nice dinner (which we did too many times). All around great stay.

Deanna’s place was the perfect staycation for me and my girlfriend. The guesthouse was exactly as described and felt very peaceful and private, while being close to many great restaurants and LA experiences. Deanna was proactive in making sure we had a smooth stay with no surprises. We had a car with us, and they generously let us make use of their family driveway. Really appreciated the cozy space, comfortable bed, and thoughtful touches (fruit, yogurt, half & half already waiting for us in the fridge). Highly recommend!
